Jennifer’s experience ranges from leading large, complex environmental reviews and Uniform Land Use Review Procedure applications for water and wastewater infrastructure projects to specializing in air quality compliance, permitting, and regulatory assessments, and stationary source air dispersion modeling analyses that support large-scale developments, institutional, and energy-related projects. She leads the development of New York State major Title V air permits, minor state facility permits, and New York City combustion and process source applications. Jennifer has extensive knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local regulations and successfully negotiates permit conditions and requirements with regulatory agencies, allowing for maximum flexibility for clients.
