Kevin Flynn is a co-leader of the Philadelphia Office and a nationally recognized expert in the field of green stormwater infrastructure. He has dedicated his career to the design of sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Kevin recently earned Diplomate, Water Resources Engineer (D.WRE) certification from the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers.
Kevin has led the full lifecycle of urban green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) programs, including planning, policy development, design, construction, operations and maintenance, asset management, and applied research. He has helped private organizations secure millions of dollars in grant funding through the Philadelphia Stormwater Management Incentives Program, worked with over 300 property owners on stormwater fee reduction strategies, and developed stormwater retrofit designs for more than 100 commercial properties. Kevin has worked with all facets of Philadelphia’s nationally renowned green infrastructure program and was a lead author of the City’s Stormwater Management Guidance Manual, Green Stormwater Infrastructure As-Built Survey and Drafting Manual, and Green Stormwater Infrastructure Maintenance Manual.
