Matt has worked on numerous transportation studies, environmental assessments and impact statements, master and comprehensive plans, corridor studies, and design projects throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania; his widespread experience includes traffic, pedestrians, bicycles, transit, and parking. An expert in transportation safety, he has conducted crash analysis and mitigation studies for vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles, participated in the development of road safety audit guidelines, and managed Safe Routes to School engineering studies. Matt has provided transportation engineering support on Complete Street design projects.
