Nathan Riddle

Nathan manages complex environmental review documents and specializes in history, archaeology, and the analysis of urban design considerations.

Nathan is a historian and project manager who has worked on numerous environmental review projects for large infrastructure, mixed-use, and institutional developments and directed their historic and archaeological resources analyses. These have involved research, field surveys, and the identification of potentially historic properties as well as archaeological surveys. He has considerable experience managing Section 106 studies pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act, preparing Section 4(f) analyses pursuant to the U.S. Department of Transportation Act, and coordinating studies with the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, and other State Historic Preservation Offices.
