Rob leads energy projects through the complicated regulatory process to construction.
A civil engineer and environmental scientist with extensive experience in the natural resources and energy fields, Rob co-leads the firm’s energy practice. His varied career has included environmental site investigation, soil/groundwater remediation, wetlands/land use permitting, stormwater management, and construction inspection. Rob leads environmental site investigations, construction feasibility studies, and wetlands delineation projects, and serves as project manager for energy sector projects including the construction of two new combined-cycle natural gas power plants and major switching-station expansions.
