Bob is a planner and project manager specializing in the environmental review of stormwater management plans, street improvement initiatives, and large-scale development and rezoning projects.
Bob’s diverse experience makes him a valuable asset for the management of environmental impact statements, environmental permitting, infrastructure and ecological studies, and zoning and master planning analyses, particularly as they relate to waterfront and coastal management projects. He has been involved in numerous projects throughout New York City, northern and central New Jersey, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and has developed long-term working relationships with area clients and agencies.
Bob is active in the American Planning Association and serves as Committee Co-Chair for its New York Metro Chapter.
