Steve successfully leads numerous project efforts in the assessment, investigation, and remediation of sites with environmental contamination-related issues.
Steve manages all aspects of such projects with multi-disciplinary teams including public agencies, developers, property owners, architects, and construction managers, to navigate regulatory programs efficiently and achieve project objectives. His projects receive regulatory oversight by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, and New York City Office of Environmental Remediation, including the Federal and New York State Superfund, New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program and petroleum spills, RCRA/IUC closures, New York City Voluntary Cleanup Program and New York City E-Designation, and Nassau and Suffolk County regulatory programs.
