Wendy specializes in the design and management of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
As co-leader of the Engineering Department, Wendy oversees the firm’s roadway and infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. She serves as principal-in-charge for multiple on-call contracts with the New York City Department of Design & Construction and New York City Department of Transportation, as well as private development projects. Her proactive management style and close working relationships with agency cohorts make Wendy an effective manager and team member.
