The Brooklyn Tower Tops-Out at 9 DeKalb Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn

JDS Development Group and SHoP Architects celebrated topping out The Brooklyn Tower at 9 DeKalb Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn — the borough’s first supertall skyscraper. AKRF provided site assessment/remediation services for the 1,066-foot-tall residential tower with ground-floor retail. We also prepared the Community Reassessment, Impact and Amelioration EAS to allow for a street closure during construction.
