The Linc in New Rochelle Receives Federal RAISE Grant

The City of New Rochelle will be receiving $12 million in RAISE federal funding for The Linc, which will convert a portion of Memorial Highway to open space and trails. AKRF prepared the conceptual design for The Linc and performed a detailed traffic study for advanced design of the project.
