The Overture at Brookfield Commons Tops-Out Construction

Trinity Financial topped-out construction of The Overture at Brookfield Commons, the second phase of a public/private partnership to redevelop the Winbrook public housing complex in White Plains into a mixed-income residential community. AKRF led SEQRA environmental planning, civil and geotechnical engineering, and site assessment/remediation for the 129-apartment building designed by Marvel.
