The Overture Completed in White Plains

Trinity Financial celebrated the completion of The Overture in White Plains, a new 129-unit affordable and workforce housing building designed by Marvel. AKRF led civil and geotechnical engineering, site  assessment/remediation services, and SEQRA environmental planning.
