Upgraded Astoria Park Charybdis Playground Opens in Queens

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the upgraded Charybdis Playground at Astoria Park in Queens, the second phase of a $30 million renovation that includes updated play structures and a  new spray shower. AKRF provided civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering services as part of the Nancy Owens Studio design team.
