Victory Plaza Opens in Harlem

Camber Property Group and Harlem Congregation for Community Improvement celebrated the opening of Victory Plaza, an affordable and supportive housing  building in Harlem designed by Aufgang Architects. AKRF prepared the Construction Protection Plan and provided construction monitoring.
