WSFSSH Opens West 108th Street Housing in Manhattan

A new 11-story affordable and supportive housing building developed by WSFSSH and designed by Dattner Architects opened on West 108th Street in Manhattan. AKRF provided site assessment/remediation and acoustical consulting for the project. The building provides 119 units of permanent supportive housing and 80 affordable family units with 110 transitional beds as part of the incorporated transitional shelter.
