Bankside Bronx
The $950 million Bankside Bronx along the Harlem River waterfront opened in 2023.
Third at Bankside and Lincoln at Bankside are new residential properties developed by Brookfield Properties and designed by Hill West Architects. The 4.3-acre development includes Bankside Park and provides 921 residential units and 40,000 square feet of resident amenities in four 26-story towers.

2022 ULI New York Award for Excellence in Development
AKRF led civil engineering and permitting for the project. Our services included NYCDEP site connection proposals, NYCDOB Builder’s Pavement Plans, private sewer main and private water main extension plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. We also reviewed and provided input for the parking garage layout and circulation drawings prepared by the design team.
