Echelon Studios
New film and television production campuses are planned for Brooklyn's Red Hook and Bushwick neighborhoods.
AKRF provided CEQR environmental review and civil engineering for Echelon Studios, developed by Bungalow Projects and designed by COOKFOX. We also provided traffic engineering to assist with site planning for parking and loading needs specific to sound studio facilities.
The Bushwick location will span 355,000 square feet across six stories and will feature six stages and 90,800 square feet of below-grade parking. The Red Hook campus will comprise a 246,000-square-foot, six-story building with four stages and 56,000 square feet of below-grade parking.
