550 Madison Avenue Garden
A new public garden enhances the revitalized 550 Madison Avenue lobby in Manhattan.
AKRF provided CEQR environmental planning support for the 21,000-square-foot garden, which opened in 2023 and was honored with a ULI Americas Award for Excellence, ASLA New York Design Award, and MASterworks Best Restoration Award in 2024.
