Recent Milestones

Design-build is progressing in 2026 on each of the new jail facilities in four New York City boroughs as part of the plan to close the jails on Rikers Island. After leading the CEQR EIS and ULURP map applications for the Borough-Based Jails Program, we have supported facility efforts in Queens and Manhattan.
