Bayfront Redevelopment Project
The Bayfront redevelopment master plan calls for a significant transformation of a half-mile stretch of Jersey City's shoreline.
AKRF is preparing environmental due diligence for four of the initial parcels being built by BRP within the 100-acre Bayfront Redevelopment Project. Our work is focused on transforming the legacy brownfield site into housing, retail, parks, and a charter school.
The overall plan encompasses 1.7 million square feet of mixed-income and mixed-use development, including approximately 1,438 residential units—35% of which will be dedicated as affordable housing.
