Millbourne Open Space Plan
AKRF prepared a Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan for Millbourne Borough, which borders Philadelphia along Cobbs Creek.
We prepared community engagement programming, an existing conditions analysis of physical and social infrastructure, and a facility and program inventory for the Borough to better understand community goals and needs.
Based on this information, a detailed plan for trail connections, park improvements and expansions, operations and maintenance, funding, and implementation strategies was compiled into a planning document.
The PROSP provides detailed guidance for realizing the parks, recreation, and open space vision co-created with the Millbourne community.
