Salem and Hope Creek Nuclear Power Plants
PSEG Nuclear’s Salem and Hope Creek generating stations occupy a 740-acre site on Artificial Island in Salem County, NJ.
Together, these facilities comprise one of the largest nuclear generating complexes in the country. AKRF has prepared a variety of permitting packages for local, state, and federal approvals related to operations and improvements at these stations, including NJPDES discharge permitting and related studies, warehouse space, office buildings, parking areas, security upgrades, a new sewage treatment plant, and the adjacent New Jersey Wind Port.
