AKRF serves as consulting planner to the Town of Washington’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals in Dutchess County, NY.
We review variance, special permit, site plan, and subdivision applications, including compliance with SEQRA; provide the Town with master plan and zoning recommendations; and regularly attend Board Meetings.
