Arthur Kill Terminal is a purpose-built offshore wind staging and assembly port under development in Staten Island.

The port will occupy a 32-acre site on the Arthur Kill just south of the Outerbridge Crossing, and will be used for staging, assembly, and pre-commissioning of wind turbine generators and other offshore wind components. The facility will include a 1,365 linear-foot quay, a laydown and storage area, and a two-story building containing warehouse and office space, along with an accessory parking lot.

AKRF prepared the CEQR Environmental Impact Statement—led by Philip Habib & Associates prior to acquisition—for several discretionary approvals from the City of New York, including a change to the city map, a zoning text amendment, a zoning special permit, two zoning authorizations, and a landfill action.
