OneLIC Long Island City Neighborhood Rezoning
OneLIC will create nearly 14,700 homes and transform waterfront access in Long Island City.
AKRF is preparing the CEQR Environmental Impact Statement on behalf of the New York City Department of City Planning for plans to rezone a large swath of Long Island City, including undeveloped waterfront land, and create new housing, commercial, and industrial space.
The CEQR Environmental Assessment Statement prepared by AKRF received a Determination of Significance, and the public review process commenced in 2024.
