2850 Webster Avenue Affordable and Supportive Housing Opens in the Bronx

Douglaston Development’s 2850 Webster Avenue opened in the Bronx, marking the first phase of a two-building affordable and supportive housing development in partnership with the New York Botanical Garden. AKRF consulted on acoustics/noise and air quality for the project designed by SBJ Group.
