Retail

AKRF has helped individual stores, multi-brand outlets, and large-scale shopping destinations open for business and meet the experiential needs of their customers. Our clients have included Macy’s, Home Depot, Dig Inn, Whole Foods, Lowe’s, and IKEA as well as many mixed-use real estate developers. We also provide specialty services to retail and corporate brands, such as vibration analysis for the new Coca-Cola billboard in Times Square — the world’s first and largest 3D robotic sign and recipient of two Guinness World Records honors.

Our services for retail development include economic and market analysis, acoustics and audiovisual consulting, and traffic engineering and transportation planning. For Cortlandt Crossing, a major retail development along U.S. Route 6 in New York, we designed one of the first Adaptive Traffic Control Systems in New York State.
