4697 Third Avenue in the Bronx was honored with a National Design Award of Merit from the Society of American Registered Architects. AKRF provided environmental planning and site assessment/remediation and conducted supplemental air quality and noise analyses for the affordable housing project designed by Curtis+Ginsberg and developed by Bronx Pro Group.
