BOEM Publishes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Ocean Wind 1

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management published its Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Ocean Wind 1 offshore wind energy project off New Jersey’s coast. AKRF provides permitting and regulatory support services to PSEG as part of its joint venture with Ørsted.
