Brooklyn Bundle II Revitalizes Public Housing for 6,000 Residents

Arker Companies, Omni New York, Dabar Development, and the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation completed Brooklyn Bundle II, the $434 million revitalization of nine public housing developments serving 6,000 residents in New York City. AKRF prepared the NEPA- and HUD-compliant environmental review documentation and completed supplemental noise, hazardous materials, and other environmental studies.
