Construction Project Approved to Replace Charles W. Baker Airport Terminal

The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority approved a construction project to replace the terminal at Charles W. Baker Airport in Millington, Tenn. AKRF provides MSCAA with NEPA environmental services and contributed to the project, which will double the size of the general aviation airport’s terminal.
