Durst Organization Tops-Out Construction on 20 and 30 Halletts Point in Queens

The Durst Organization topped-out construction on 20 and 30 Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens. The rezoning of Halletts Point will have facilitated the development of 2,600 residential units and retail space on a nearly 10-acre waterfront area upon full buildout. AKRF led preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), prepared the air quality Remedial Action Plan and Installation Report for the rezoning, and developed post-EIS transportation studies for a private shuttle transportation plan.
