Elaine Du Graduates From LeadershipITE

Congratulations to Elaine Du, Senior Traffic Engineer/Planner at AKRF, on graduating from LeadershipITE, the leadership program of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Elaine was selected as part of the 20-person group last fall, and participated in the 9-month program alongside transportation professionals across the U.S. and Canada.
