Empire Station Complex DEIS Approved

The Empire Station Complex Draft Environmental Impact Statement prepared by AKRF was approved by Empire State Development and released for public review. The project is a comprehensive reenvisioning of the Penn Station area, with new commercial office space, much-needed public realm and transit improvements, and revenue to support the improvement and expansion of Penn Station. Public review of the DEIS and completion of the FEIS on an expedited schedule will follow.
