Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Public Health Laboratory in Manhattan

The New York City Economic Development Corporation and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Public Health Laboratory in Manhattan. AKRF is providing site assessment/remediation services for the $454 million building designed by SOM.
