I-81 Construction Breaks Ground in Syracuse

The $2.25 billion I-81 Viaduct Project in Syracuse officially broke ground as one of the largest construction projects ever undertaken by New York State. As part of the Parsons consultant team, AKRF managed preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement and associated technical studies.
