Hudson Yards East Development Earns LEED Neighborhood Development Gold Certification

The Eastern Rail Yard at Hudson Yards, which opened in March 2019, was the first Manhattan neighborhood to be awarded LEED Neighborhood Development Gold certification. AKRF played a lead role in preparing the Generic Environmental Impact Statement, and we prepared the Amended Drainage Plan for the Hudson Yards District.
