MTA Advances Phase 2 of the Second Avenue Subway

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority advanced Phase 2 of the Second Avenue Subway with solicitation of the first construction contract. AKRF led preparation of the NEPA Environmental Impact Statement for Second Avenue Subway and Supplemental Environmental Assessments for each phase.
