New York City Announces $35 Million Investment in QueensWay

New York City announced a $35 million investment in the first phase of QueensWay, for which AKRF provided civil engineering and traffic engineering assistance during early planning and conceptual design. QueensWay will convert an abandoned railroad right-of-way in Queens into a public park.
