New York City Council Approves Open Restaurants Zoning Text Amendment

The New York City Council approved the Open Restaurants zoning text amendment that will remove geographic restrictions on where sidewalk cafes can be located within New York City as part of the effort to create a permanent, streamlined outdoor dining program for roadway and sidewalk cafés.
