New York Times Features New Irish Arts Center

The new Irish Arts Center in Manhattan was covered by The New York Times and The Irish Times. AKRF prepared the Environmental Assessment Statement, provided site assessment/remediation services, prepared the Construction Protection Plan, and performed construction monitoring.
