Streetworks Development received a 2023 Smart Growth Award from New Jersey Future for the Lord & Taylor/Train Station Redevelopment Plan, aka One Westfield Place, in Westfield, NJ. AKRF provided Streetworks with economic and fiscal impact analyses for this transformative project.
