Redevelopment Plan Approved for Former United Hospital Site in Port Chester, NY

The 15.5-acre site of the former United Hospital in Port Chester, NY, was approved for redevelopment. AKRF provided SEQRA and planning services to the Village of Port Chester since 2014 and added traffic and civil engineering in 2020. AKRF also serves as the applicant’s Brownfield Cleanup Program consultant under a separate contract.

The Village of Port Chester also approved six major projects within Downtown Port Chester for which AKRF provided civil and traffic engineering and planning support to the Village along with contributions to Zoning Code modifications and its SEQRA analyses.
