Santaella Gardens Earns PHIUS+ 2015 Passive House Certification

Santaella Gardens, a mixed-use affordable housing development in the Bronx, earned PHIUS+ 2015 Passive House certification. AKRF provided site assessment/remediation and acoustical consulting services for the project designed by Dattner Architects.
