Sendero Verde Tops-Out in East Harlem

A development team of L+M Development, Jonathan Rose Associates, and Acacia Network celebrated topping-out the initial phase of Sendero Verde, among the largest fully affordable passive house projects in the world. AKRF is the environmental planning consultant for this important development project in East Harlem designed by Handel Architects. The initial phase of Sendero Verde will contain 360 units of affordable housing, community space for Union Settlement Association, space for a school, an 18,000-square-foot courtyard, and community gardens.
