SL Green Reveals Plans for Summit One Vanderbilt

SL Green Realty Corp. recently revealed a first look at Summit One Vanderbilt, a signature observatory and immersive experience at the towering One Vanderbilt in Midtown Manhattan. As described by Marc Holliday, Chairman and CEO of SL Green: “We have created a destination that offers an interactive experience that will be remembered for a lifetime with the best, amplified views in all of New York City.” To improve the access and circulation of building occupants and visitors, AKRF prepared a multi-floor pedestrian microsimulation model for the observation deck lobby and observation deck experience space, including elevators, escalators, viewing areas, and interactive areas.
