Stuyvesant Cove Park Opens on Manhattan Waterfront

AKRF joined the New York City Department of Design and Construction, other city agencies, and elected officials for the grand reopening of Stuyvesant Cove Park along the East River. The park has been rebuilt with a new floodwall and flood gates as part of our design for East Side Coastal Resiliency along with new paths, plantings, and seating areas. A newly rebuilt section of the Manhattan Greenway was also added on the other side of the floodwall.
