Sunset Park Library and Apartments Opens in Brooklyn

The Brooklyn Public Library and Fifth Avenue Committee cut the ribbon on the new Sunset Park Library and Apartments – the development of 100% affordable housing above a new and expanded public library facility. AKRF prepared the Environmental Assessment Statement pursuant to CEQR. The building and library architects are Magnusson Architecture and Planning and Mitchell Giurgola, respectively.
