Taystee Lab Building Opens in West Harlem

The Taystee Lab Building, a 350,000-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment in West Harlem, celebrated a grand opening ceremony on March 1, 2022. The new LEED-certified building developed by Janus Property Company and designed by SLCE Architects and LEVENBETTS features life sciences, commercial, manufacturing, education, and retail space. AKRF provided acoustical consulting services for the building’s lobbies, including acoustical modeling and aural renderings in our ‘PinDrop’ sound simulation and audiovisual suite.
