Timbale Terrace Approved by City Planning Commission

The City Planning Commission approved Timbale Terrace, a mixed-use 100% affordable housing building in East Harlem that will also house the new Belongó | Afro Latin Jazz music and arts center. AKRF provided CEQR environmental planning and environmental site assessment/remediation services for the 19-story, 340-unit building on the site of a former NYPD parking lot. The project is being designed by Urban Architectural Initiatives and developed by Mega Development and Lantern Organization.
